Not good
I used it for 2.5years then it just broke. Only such a short period of time… This one had only one year warranty. Can’t believe it. Better buy some other brand’s or much cheaper one.

Its good overall but can be better
I like the flatbed feature and overall performance of the product but I feel the power is lacking for 1100W and the interface of other microwaves is better

The New Panasonic Flat-bed Microwave is a winner!
I purchased a Panosonic Microwave again, as had my last one 8 plus years. Till recently it was going fine. The turntable now doesnt go , so thought I would just upgrade to a newer model. This model hasnt let me down either. It has a cool down feature, which I didnt have before. Fits perfectly in my kitchen space & is super easy to use. Getting used to no turn table now. Great microwave, easy to use, lots of features to make it easy to use. Great price as well. Highly recommend! Suzie M.

We purchased this model as it is one with a fixed base not a rotating platter. Heats evenly. Easy to clean spills.Simple operation Just more reliable than our previous microwave from another manufacturer.
