How to use our Click & Collect service
Click & Collect is a convenient, cost-effective option for customers who live or work near one of The Good Guys stores and may not want an item to be delivered, or who would prefer not to pay for delivery. Customers can purchase online, by phone or via Pay Less Chat, and choose to simply pick up their order at a convenient time after the order has been accepted and a ‘Ready for Pick Up’ notification is received.
After you’ve placed your order and the order has been prepared, you will receive a ‘Ready for Pick Up’ email when your order is ready for collection. The order status on your digital invoice will also update to reflect its readiness.
After receiving the confirmation, head to your nominated store and look for the Pick Up - Click & Collect signage. One of our team members will assist you and have your order ready for you to collect.
Things to bring when collecting your order
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please bring the following:
Order Confirmation Email Only the person whose name appears on this email, or the person nominated in advance, can pick up the order in store.
Photo Identification A current Australian Driver’s Licence, current passport or other valid photo ID. Please note, physical driver’s licences are required in ACT, NT and WA, as digital driver's licences are not currently accepted.
PayPal Confirmation If you paid via PayPal, please bring your PayPal confirmation email with the transaction ID included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, they can. When placing an order online, you can nominate Friend or Family Pick Up at the time of checkout. They will need to have a copy of your order confirmation email and the details on your order: your full name and phone number, as well as their own ID (i.e. drivers License, passport or photo identification).
If you paid for your order with PayPal, the nominated person will need to present your PayPal confirmation email that includes your Transaction ID.
If you no longer want the item, or you need to change the item on the order before pick up, your order will be cancelled, and the value of the order will be refunded back to the original payment method.
For orders placed in-store, over the phone by calling 1300 942 765, or via ‘PAY LESS CHAT’, please contact the store of purchase, call 1300 942 765, or reach out by clicking the blue chat bubble located in the bottom right corner of the page.
Please collect your order within 7 days. An SMS will be sent to you reminding you that your order is ready for collection. If your item/s are not collected within 28 days, your order will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note refunds will take 3 - 5 business days to process back into its original payment methods

Pick Up will only display as an option online if a product is readily available in-store. Online Only items are sold on our website and are not available for purchase or collection in-store. This stock is not retained in-stores and is special ordered solely based on customer online order requests.
