If you notice that the price of your product has dropped at The Good Guys or an approved competition within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give you back 120% of the difference as Store Credit.

To make a claim

Please Note: To be eligible to make a claim, you must have purchased your product with Gold Service Extras. Evidence of the lower advertised price must be provided at the time the claim is made and must include the date of the advertisement.

Fill in the below form within 30 days of your purchase, to validate the Gold Service Extras purchased with your product.

The form also requests evidence of where you saw the advertised lower price – so make sure you have the URL ready to submit the approved retailer pricing.

Once submitted, the Member Support Team will review your claim including verifying that the price is current, that the item is available for immediate sale and delivery and if eligible, arrange a Store Credit for your claim.
