If you notice that the price of your product has dropped at The Good Guys or an approved competition within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give you back 120% of the difference as Store Credit.

To make a claim

Please Note: To be eligible to make a claim, you must have purchased your product with Gold Service Extras. Evidence of the lower advertised price must be provided at the time the claim is made and must include the date of the advertisement.

Fill in the below form within 30 days of your purchase, to validate the Gold Service Extras purchased with your product.

The form also requests evidence of where you saw the advertised lower price – so make sure you have the URL ready to submit the approved retailer pricing.

Once submitted, the Member Support Team will review your claim including verifying that the price is current, that the item is available for immediate sale and delivery and if eligible, arrange a Store Credit for your claim.

30 Day Price Guarantee applies to customers who purchase Gold Service Extras in the same transaction as a product and find a lower advertised price online on the same Brand and Model within 30 Days. 30 Day Price Guarantee claims must be made online within 30 days of purchase date and contain evidence of your claim. Limit 1 Claim per product. Claims against Approved Competitors or The Good Guys only. Claims will be reviewed by The Good Guys and approved claims will be issued a Store Credit for 120% of the price difference within 5 business days. Gold Service Extras 30 Day Price Guarantee offers Gold Service Extras members a guarantee that if the advertised price of their product drops at either The Good Guys or an approved competitor within 30 days of their purchase, they have the option to claim 120% of the difference back as Store Credit

To make a Gold Service Extras 30 Day Price Guarantee claim, you must have purchased a product with Gold Service Extras and lodged a claim within 30 days of your purchase date. Evidence of the lower advertised price must be provided at the time the claim is made and include the date of the advertisement. You can simply supply a screenshot or attach an image of the lower price to validate your 30 Day Price Guarantee claim. We will verify the price is current and that the item is available for immediate sale and delivery.

In most cases, eligible claims, will receive the price difference back as Store Credit within five business days, via SMS or email. Please make sure you supply your correct email address and a mobile number on the claim form.

Sometimes 30 Day Price Guarantee∆ claims are not able to be approved. This could be because your claim was made outside the 30-day period or because we were unable to verify the price evidence submitted. Whatever the reason, you will receive an email from the Member Support Team to advise that the claim has been unsuccessful.

Your Store Credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. You can use your Store Credit towards the purchase of most products at The Good Guys online or in store but some exclusions do apply including gift cards, digital vouchers, Data Plans, and brands sold and shipped by Suppliers where The Good Guys acts as an agent. Read the Store Credit Terms & Conditions for full list of exclusions.

Gold Service Extras 30 Day Price Guarantee claims are not available for advertising errors or misprints, verbally negotiated prices, promo code and finance offers, or cash backs and discounts including where offered directly by a supplier or a third party. Gold Service Extras 30 Day Price Guarantee claims are not available for percentage off and other sales events offered by The Good Guys and The Good Guys Gold Service Extras, bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity offers, clearance and items sold on marketplace websites such as eBay and Amazon or any brand it sells on behalf of a third party supplier under an agency agreement.

Products from the approved competitor list (below) for which a claim is made, must be the same brand and model and offer a warranty issued by the manufacturer which is applicable in Australia. The price must be in Australian dollars and include all fees, taxes or other charges such as shipping.
