You can switch to AGL online or over the phone by calling AGL on 1300 769 182. Once you’ve completed the application process your sign up credits will be automatically deducted from your first bill.¹

How do I redeem my Digital Gift Card?

Once you've paid your first bill on an Eligible AGL energy plan, you'll be sent an activation email with instructions on how to redeem your Digital Gift Card. Follow the prompts in the email to confirm your preferred mobile number online. Next, you’ll receive an SMS with a link and instructions on how to access your Digital Gift Card. Follow the prompts in the SMS to add your Digital Gift Card to your digital wallet. You must activate your Digital Gift Card prior to use, and your Digital Gift Card will be valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
