Adequate but now great.
The thing works fine. It replaced an old microwave that had died. The previous one had a 15 second rotation cycle. This one has 12.5, so 25 seconds for two rounds. So if you’re reheating your drink the handles are misaligned when the quick start button is used. Great. They should sack the idiot who chose that cycle duration. Can’t say here what would happen if I met that guy in a pub … Also it’s very light. Which seems nice when you take it out of the box. But the door locking mechanism is heavy. So it’s not nice at all. You have to hold the back of the stupid thing to push the button hard enough to open the door, and it’s best you do so when you close the door too, because no gentle push will close it. You gotta slam the thing. I had to go with my elderly mother to buy her one less than a week after I bought mine. She wanted a combined convection/microwave, so she was looking at more expensive appliances. She got one with a soft-close mechanism. Nice to use. I wish I’d spent a couple of hundred more. I’m reminded of this every single time I use the stupid thing. It might go to the op-shop for the sake of my mental health, making it a total waste of money. Not good when you feel that way about a new purchase.

Not the best microwave, do yourself a favour and just get a sharp. should have spent the extra money, the door is a pain to open as the open button pivots towards the opening door, to cook at 50% or 30% is a faff, just difficult and requires more button presses that it should. Its just the small things but they are annoying. wouldn't buy again. Does it cook, of course, but its the user interaction with it that make it a dud. If I could give it back I would.
