The ordering process was easy. I was advised approx 4 days for delivery. After 7 days I spent 2 hours talking to a BOT customer service online process to chase the delivery, which could not be found in any systems, after begging to speak to a human, I finally got an email that said the microwave has just left the warehouse, it then took another week to be delivered. The driver did not knock on the door, my husband and daughter were home, and the delivery was a fail. It then took 3 days to get to a post office for us to collect from this location, which wasnt opened on the weekends or after 4pm. The microwave is fine, it does the job as expected, BUT the delivery process was a nightmare

Now I can see
Bought similar microwave to my old one so that it is easy to operate - and it is. Now I have a display panel that is readable although it is very bright at night and lights up the whole kitchen. It was a good price as well.
