Loyal Sharp microwave owner
We replaced our 15 yr old Sharp microwave (I've only ever had Sharp branded microwaves - they last years), not because it had stopped working, but there was an unusual buzzing noise when it was sitting idle that we didn't trust, something electrical we didn't want to mess with, so we were looking for as close to the same microwave as we could get in the Sharp range & we found this one. We are so happy with it, the same Sharp user friendly experience. One thing we don't like that is different on this model to our last one is the inability to choose the seconds timings with ease, as the numbers buttons are programmed as minutes quick start buttons & when I phoned Sharp customer service, they didn't know how to do seconds either, I've eventually worked it out, but it's very convoluted, many more buttons to press than on our previous model. Aside from this very minor inconvenience, this microwave is great, heats very well, great size, we thoroughly recommend it.
