I think it is great and easy to use. The whole working out the weight thing is maybe a bit of a thing. However food cooks well and they have a dedicated support line.

Loved that it can fit more in it than traditional microwaves with turn plate. It does still have a regular beep and seems to heat food faster than last microwave. I’d buy again.
