    Overall very good

    This robo vac is good at the job, it takes about 3 hours to do an average 4 bedroom house. It does disconnect from the wifi if not used for a couple of days

    Good guys doesn’t honour storecash offers

    Items great does the work, definitely helps with chores. But the store cash team doesn’t honour their store cash policy. I purchased 3 of these during 90day store cash’s offer for myself and family and it was paid and collected during offer period, they only gave 2 store cash’s vouchers out of 3. Tried to resolve with the online team but they were making ridiculous reason to not honour their policy.

    Easy to set up and use

    Purchased in June 2025. Very easy machine to set up and use, the app was easy to navigate and get started. Cleans well and am happy with the mopping. Will still do a manual mop every now and then. Easy to empty water containers. Suction seems good compared to other brands too.

    Bought it in sale. Its average in vacuuming but has good mop function. This model doesnt do hot mop so there's a confusion when u search and compare this model online (as some countries have hot mop in the same model)
