Basic model but good enough for me
It's my first robot vacuum. I wanted a little helper to keep my new home clean as I have a furry cat. It's a fascination to watch Tapo in action. It vacuums my floor and climbs the low pile carpets with ease. I am surprised it talks and says Finished Cleaning. I have to remove things on the floor such as cable wires, small stool, waste basket, pet bowl, etc before Tapo cleans. It saves me having to drag a vacuum cleaner around the house to do the work myself. The vacuum noise is not too loud; it takes 35 minutes to clean 50sqm. I haven't used the mop function as I prefer to mop the floor myself. Overall, it's a good buy.

A great time saver
The Tapo RV20 is great at cleaning up all the dog hair. My German shepherd sheds excessively and the Tapo has been doing a great job.

I didn’t realise it’d be so useful
To be honest, I was sceptical, I thought robot vacuums were a bit of a gimmick and not that effective, but I eventually caved and decided to buy this one, as unlike others it was a decent price and had good reviews. I’m very happy with my little robo friend, I leave the house, set it to clean using the app and come home to a much cleaner house! We have a dog, and have found our poor robo friend initially was getting “stuck” fairly quickly with the dog fur, but it seems to be coping ok now.

It’s actually surprisingly good! Set it up properly and it does a good job of vacuuming plus the mop is a bonus. Really good on carpets which I didn’t expect at all. Will see how long it lasts. Had it since Mother’s Day

Fantastic Robovac!!
TP Link - Tapo RV20 Robotic vac and mop I absolutely love my Tapo (and that's what I've named him) Tapo does an amazing job at vacuuming me whole house and also mopping. It was so easy to set up with the App I had now problems. After the initial charging time I turned Tap on and he mapped my house with out any problems. He vacuums amazingly well and the suction is really good he did my hardwood floors and my rug beautifully. I have a stick vacuum (Dyson) and the RV20 seems to have better suction. The mopping function is fantastic and my floors look so much better than I can do manually,my hard wood floors are shiney. I was apaprehensive to get a robovac because of the noise level but the RV20 is very minimal almost just like a quiet buzzing noise. The unit is even able to get from my hardwood floors onto my kitchen tiles -about a 1-2cm lift. This makes my days so much easier especially my weekends now that I don't have to vacuum and mop. I wonder why I didn't buy this sooner. I HIGHLY recommend the TP Link Tapo RV20 vacuum and Mop with auto emptying station.
