Disappointing Performance – Not What I Expected
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller. For a premium robot vacuum at this price, I expected it to perform its basic cleaning functions reliably, but that has not been my experience. The vacuum does not always empty the collected dust properly into the dust bag at the docking station. On one occasion, I had to clean it myself because the dust had not been sucked out of the vacuum into the bag. The navigation and obstacle avoidance are also disappointing. It regularly hits our chairs and gets stuck between the chair legs. When this happens while we are away from home, it simply stops cleaning. We come back expecting the house to have been vacuumed, only to find that it got stuck and much of the cleaning was never completed. The main reason for buying a robot vacuum is to have reliable, automatic cleaning without constantly having to check or rescue it. Unfortunately, this vacuum has not provided that experience for us. Considering the price and the advertised features, I expected much better reliability and performance. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this product.

Convenient and time saver
It's a great little machine, that does the basics well. Easy to setup and operate, however the application is a bit on the slow side, especially when remotely accessing whilst not home. Still saves a lot of time from daily cleans, although not as effective as deep cleans with steam mops or stick vacs. Suction power is decent, but we still use our stick vac for carpeted areas for overall better result. This machine though is great for maintaining a tidy and clean home. We just have to ensure no small toys or large pieces of debris are on the floor before we have a scheduled clean, as it can jam the rollers and stop the cleaning cycle until we return. I am sure future tech and newer models will get better in time, it really is the way forward.

Vacuum suction is decent, but stick vac is still much more effective, especially on carpet. Setup is relatively easy, the machine itself looks good. The app to control it is a bit slow, especially when remotely controlling it whilst not at home. Some really cool features with the remote camera view. Our issue is having to ensure no toys or larger debris is on the floor before a scheduled or planned clean whilst we're at work, as this can jam the roller and the cleaning cycle will be incomplete. Good machine overall, there's probably a lot more that may come with future models that will improve the efficiency and value, but happy overall.
