Worth the money and got good deal
We originally has another product from Dreame which got tech issues and discontinued so we opted for this one. Eventually we were given good deal and we bought it. It was good decision. It works far better. Has best mop and cleans quicker. We are so happy with it and hope it continues this way.

Very good but complex to set up for large house
Does an excellent job vacuum and mopping of all hard floors. Much better than can be achieved by hand. Thick carpets are good, but can leave behind some dog hairs. However more than acceptable. Do not believe the salesperson’s when they say easy to set up. For a small house it would be easy, but for a large home with multiple types of floors and rugs, it was very complex to set up and the Dreame App was not easy to navigate. Online support was useless. I used AI and after many hours finally have it set up. DO NOT TRY AND CLEAN A LARGE HOUSE IN ONE HIT. Break it down into smaller jobs.

Defective Mop Switching with horrible customer support from Dreame
The robot cleaner seems to be ok but the mop switching has never worked. I tried calling the Dreame Support number about 30 times over 3 weeks and they only ever answered once! The Dreame support email is also extremely slow and in many instances non-responsive. Very happy with The Good Guys who helped me exchange the unit. Hoping the new Matrix 10 will work as advertised!
