Defective Mop Switching with horrible customer support from Dreame
The robot cleaner seems to be ok but the mop switching has never worked. I tried calling the Dreame Support number about 30 times over 3 weeks and they only ever answered once! The Dreame support email is also extremely slow and in many instances non-responsive. Very happy with The Good Guys who helped me exchange the unit. Hoping the new Matrix 10 will work as advertised!

Absolutely loving this robot vacuum. The automation and AI features are next level — it maps the house perfectly, avoids obstacles with ease and adjusts cleaning automatically for different areas. The self-emptying and self-cleaning functions make it truly hands-off, and the floors are always spotless with minimal effort from me. Very impressed with the performance and build quality.
