Level of automation and autonomy excellent Cleaning efficiency reasonably good For the price, not enough consumables provided - had to buy 3rd party reusable dust bag. A few odd grumbles with the settings/programming - access to spot cleaning routine cumbersome and spot area cannot be changed. Appears not to be injecting much cleaning solution despite setting it high

Coming home to clean floors !!
Loving this Roborock! Was nervous about purchasing because we had an older Roomba about 12 years ago which did not really cut it- but this vacuum mop Roborock is just terrific . It performs seamlessly and genuinely does a good job - it’s made me house proud ( a title I’ve never deserved 😆)

repeating cleaning again and again in the same place , many times it doesn’t understand voice commands
I’m not fully satisfied with this robot. It does clean, but it takes a long time to complete one room. Also it keeps repeating cleaning again and again in the same place even though we don’t select spot-clean mode. On top of that, the robot isn’t very smart and many times it doesn’t understand voice commands for the card/remote. For the price, I expected faster cleaning and better navigation. It works, but needs software improvements.
