Great Robovac
We recently purchased our Ecovacs X11 & have used it everyday since. The vac works to a set schedule each day & performs great. We have a dog who continually sheds her coat so the X11 was the ideal solution for us to take over what we used to do. I would recommend the X11 highly. :)

Excellent vaccum and mop combination
Cannot ask for anything more in this price range. Really value for money and best of the quality as expected. Leaves very little streaks on glossy tiles atleast better than other robo vacuums.

Don't know I waited so long
Finally joined the Robot Vac owner family after many years of not seeing the benefit. Buy this Deebot X11, my life has changed. having a 2 story house, a dog who can go from inside to outside easily, teenagers etc my downstairs was needing daily sweeping, vacuuming and even mopping to keep clean. The amount of grass, dirty foot prints etc was always needing cleaning. Being time poor at the best of time, this X11 has given me back so much time. in 90 minutes my entire downstairs area [50m2] is vacuumed & mopped. Set it going and forget about it. Best thing i have ever purchased

Excellent Robot Vac from Evovacs!
Very easy to setup out of the box, great app and didn't take long to map out my floor. I have tiles at home and it does a great job picking up and mopping. It's bagless which is a huge benefit and super easy to fill water and empty the dirty water post cleaning.

At a glance
The Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE is a premium robot vacuum and mop designed for mixed-floor homes that want strong suction, smarter obstacle avoidance and lower consumable costs from a bagless station. It is especially handy for multi-room cleaning and regular hair pick-up. One limitation is that allergy-focused buyers may prefer a model with a more clearly specified high-grade sealed filtration system.
What it’s great for
- Mixed-floor homes
- Daily vacuuming and mopping
- Multi-room cleaning
- Hair pick-up
- Smart home routines
Where it works best
- Family homes
- Apartments
- Multi-room homes
- Hard floor living areas
- Carpeted bedrooms
Who it’s for
- Busy households
- Smart home users
- Homeowners
- Apartment dwellers
- Buyers wanting lower ongoing consumable costs
Things to consider
While it offers strong all-round cleaning and a bagless OMNI Station, allergy-sensitive users may want a robot with more explicitly stated advanced sealed filtration, and pet owners wanting a pet-specific model may prefer alternatives marketed directly for pets.
Pet hair performance score
8/10 - Strong suction and ZeroTangle 3.0 make it well suited to regular hair pick-up, though it is not specifically designated as a pet model.
Smart home integration score
9/10 - Works with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit for flexible voice control and automation.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Very good for both hard floors and carpets, with added value for homes that also want active mopping on sealed hard floors.
Noise level vs category average
7/10 - At 61.8dBA in sweep mode and 62.9dBA in sweep and mop mode, it is around typical to slightly quieter than many robot vacuums.
Allergy friendliness
Moderate to good - Bagless auto-emptying reduces direct dust handling, but the specified M6 filtration is less clearly allergy-focused than premium HEPA-labelled alternatives.
Key benefits
- 19,500Pa Suction: High suction power helps lift dust, crumbs and dirt from both hard floors and carpets.
- Bagless OMNI Station with PureCyclone 2.0: Auto-emptying without disposable dust bags can help reduce ongoing consumable costs.
- ZeroTangle 3.0 Main Brush: Designed to reduce hair wrap on the main brush for easier maintenance during regular cleaning.
- TruePass Adaptive 4-Wheel Drive: Climbs thresholds up to 2.4cm and sliding-door tracks up to 4cm for smoother room-to-room cleaning.
- OZMO ROLLER 2.0 Mopping: Roller scrubs at 200rpm to help loosen dried marks instead of only wiping lightly.
- Hot-Water Mop Washing: The station washes the mop with hot water to help keep the mop cleaner between cleaning runs.
- Up to 254-Minute Runtime: Long battery life supports extended cleaning sessions before needing a full recharge.
- Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit Support: Broad voice assistant compatibility makes scheduling and control easy in different smart home setups.
Q: Does the bagless station mean ongoing costs are lower?
A: Yes. The OMNI Station uses bagless PureCyclone dust collection, so there are no disposable dust bags to keep buying. The trade-off is that emptying the station bin is not a sealed bag change, which some buyers still prefer for dust containment.
Q: Will it get over sliding door tracks and room thresholds?
A: Yes. DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE can climb single thresholds up to 2.4cm and sliding-door tracks up to 4cm. Very uneven transitions, loose rugs or multi-step lips can still interrupt a run, so floor joins need to be reasonably clear.
Q: Does it avoid cords and furniture legs reliably?
A: It uses dToF navigation with RGBD and LED obstacle avoidance, plus restricted area detection to help steer around everyday obstacles. It is still sensible to lift loose charging cables, thin strings and small floor items that can catch any robot vacuum.
Q: Will long hair wrap around the main brush often?
A: Not as much as many basic robot vacuums. The main brush uses ZeroTangle 3.0 to reduce hair wrap during regular cleaning, but heavy shedding can still mean occasional manual removal from the brush ends and side brush.
Q: How quiet is the Ecovacs X11 during daily cleaning?
A: Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE is rated at 61.8dBA when sweeping and 62.9dBA when sweeping and mopping. That sits in a normal household noise range rather than silent operation, so daytime schedules are usually the better fit.
Q: Is the battery enough for larger homes between charges?
A: Yes. DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE has a 6400mAh battery and a runtime of 254 minutes per charge under its rated test condition. It can also top up charge during station visits, which helps it finish larger multi-room routines in stages.
