Disappointing
I was ecpecting it to be a lot better.. coming from a Deebot T9+ since 2021 I was looking forward to having the new features automated water tank, washing etc. The extended arms sound like an amazing feature but they fail to deliver. I decided to go for Roborock instead of ecovacs cause I have the dyad pro and it leaves my floors shining and I expected nothing less from this robot but it does not mop properly leaving lots of marks on the floor still. It makes me look at the result and want to get my handheld and redo it and that defeats the purpose of paying almost double to get it to do the cleaning for you. Vaccuming is ok, battery is great, no issues with the app and design it is just very underehelming in terms of mopping which to me is the most important thing. I have full tiled floor, white, I have a toddler and dogs, my floors are dirty everyday and I need something reliable so I hate it.. not worth the price or the hype, roborock needs to do better on their robovacs.

Amazing Vacuume+ Mop robot
This is an intelegent and powerful machine. Its cleans entire home meticulously reaches each and every corner of the house where our hands and stick vacuum can't reach. Roborock has mapped our entire home and marked the floors between floorboard VS carpet and switches the mode intelegently. It does vacuum and mop hard floors at same time and vacuum carpet floors, has got really good suction to clean the carpet floors. We are really excited to have Roborock at home, one headache off our shoulder cleaning the floors!!

Really loving the roborock edge c! It is extremely smart and knows where it is in the house. You can set up the features you would like on the app and can regularly go back to dock to clean mop pads or empty bin!! Set up certain rooms to be cleaned or areas. Feel like this lil machine has been life changing in our house and cut down time needing to clean floors!
