A nice change
If you’ve got dogs, kids, or both, this thing just gets on with it. It picks up mounds of dog hair without clogging and handles everyday kid messes on the floor without hassle. Just turn it on and let it do its thing while you do literally anything else — and that’s the best part.

Great at cleaning but doesnt get everywhere
I chose this robovac as it was rated the best at mopping, which is the most dreaded task for me. It does a good job of vacuuming & mopping (not as good as a human but none are yet), however it chooses such bizarre routes, often doing a metre square & then going off to another room, then coming back to it etc... so it misses a lot of spots. I think were going to have a lot of problems with mapping in the future when it gets older... It also gets stuck on the woven leather/jute rug, so I have to ban it from going there. It will also get stuck on any bathmat so you have to pick them up before starting it, it doesnt have good wheel unwinding abilities. I think this is how they all are, not yet perfect. Watch the inbuilt rubbish bin in the actual robovac, ours vacuumed up big bits of rubbish & it got blocked & stopped being able to vacuum but didnt alert us to this, so now i check it regularly. Im very happy to empty its waste water tank & see how much dirt its collected each time. So Im happy enough with my purchase & look forward to the many tech advancements the future robots will have
