Normal appearance, not too bulky.
Took a while to organise the app.etc.but the main tiled room came up very well with the clean and wash. Hasn't looked as good in years. I haven't used the wash process on the wooden floors but it has been mapped out and ready to go. Easy once you get going. Just make sure there are no socks under the bed because it will try to eat them! Does a good job.!

Does what it claims
Very easy to use, just push the start button and forget. It positions itself, starts to clean, finishes, goes back to base, cuts the hairs wrapped around the brush and empties itself. It announces what it is doing as it starts each function. It also does a good job of cleaning, and washing the floor.

The hair cutting feature is good on this vacuum it does a good job mapping the room & a pretty good clean. Bags do fill up quickly so reusable would be good!
