  Winbot W2 Works

  I have used my new Winbot W2 on ~20 inside glass windows and doors and a single external window so far and am very happy with the results. I wouldn’t say the glass is perfectly streak free but very close. This is improved by more frequent changing of the pads. The battery lasts a long time so no apparent issues there. I am looking for an equivalent of the cleaning solution because the genuine product is o er priced for what it is. Overall I definitely recommend for a large house full of glass windows and doors.

  Excellent Product!!!

  Double-Storey that has lots of glass windows up high with void around. There is no way to reach those high glass window without using the lifters. This Winbot has made our life easier. Stick it on the base and it cleans the whole panel right to the top. Amazingly clean windows, and great time saver. Easy to control from App too.

  Fabulous home window cleaning helper

  We bought the Ecovac window cleaner as we have a large number of large floor to ceiling windows leading onto our deck. It has been fabulous. Saves time as you can do other things whilst it is working, was easy to use, and left our windows spotless. We bought some extra pads and cleaning solution so that we could change the pads frequently to ensure no smearing. It was slow, but thorough, as we did the hard clean initially which takes longer. Even the edges were done beautifully. The only downside is that we have a few horizontal narrow windows which it did not work on as there was insufficient space for the unit to turn and do its job. But it worked really well on the rest.

  It really works

  I have recently purchased this product and am currently giving it a thorough workout. I am really impressed. Our windows are primarily old wooden double-hung with locking latches. The Winbot navigated these latches (I expected it to get stuck on them) and was able to clean the windows without getting confused about these obstructions. The windows were quite dirty, given the manual effort to clean them. The Winbot made short work of them, getting them very clean (but understandably not perfectly clean) the first time it was used. I expect with regular use from now on, the windows will remain much cleaner. I have also tried it on a frameless shower screen, glass pool fencing and glass balustrading. It handled tham all very well. The technology is quite amazing, and the whole package is cleverly housed in a portable case. It can run on battery alone or be connected to power. I feel it wise to use the manufacturers cleaning solution. Their cleaner has been noted as relatively expensive, but that pales into insignificance compared with the cost of a professional window cleaner, or the amount of valuable time and effort you will save over having to clean the windows yourself.
