Saves a lot of time and work
I have a border collie that sheds a lot of hair. This little Deebot runs daily and the amount of hair it collects surprised me. I feel my floor is much cleaner because of it. I like the fact that it reminds you when it's time to clean the filter and sensors via the app. It has occasionally stopped because of a piece of cotton or long hair wrapped around the brushes. However it is easy to access these parts and simple to fix the problem.

Good value for money
Like all robot vacs it's not perfect and doesn't completely replace manual cleaning but maintenance cleans are not a problem. When talking to other robot vac owners, some far more expensive that the Deebot N20, all have a similar complaint about them leaving dirt at the junction of hard floors and rugs. It's great that it can be started anytime, anywhere from the app. Initial set up was a bit frustrating and it has lost mapping info and had to re-map the house. I can't say I've tried the mopping function as yet. Overall it's great for maintenance cleaning, wonderful that it empties itself, is bagless and doesn't take too long to charge. It is a huge improvement on the first robot vac I had. As long as you realise it won't completely replace your other vacuum cleaner I would recommend this to others.
