Kettle is fine-delivery was not
The kettle is fine but if you actually want to receive it in a reasonable amount of time go in store. I made the mistake of delivery on-line and kept getting the message "ready to ship" but it wasn't shipped. Hard to get to speak to a real person to see what the hold up was-never did find out. Was told twice delivery was being expedited-it wasn't. As it was a gift I was also disappointed the delivery stickers were attached to the product's box. Must be a better way.
