Terrible build quality - only lasts 4 months!
Purchased during Black Friday sales 2025, worked fine until January 2026, then began throwing “E1” (dry-boil) error codes whilst full of water. It would also occasionally drip a small amount water from the base holes - usually after boiling. This happened more and more frequently until April I could no longer clear the “E1” code by letting the kettle cool completely. I returned it to the store in April 2026 and got a replacement - which has only lasted until August 2026 with the exact same issue! Clearly the build is of terrible quality and perhaps even the design is also fatally flawed as it seems to not take into consideration the need to seal the electronic components against water in its gaseous form - an essential function in an appliance whose entire job is to create steam by boiling water! Returning it and planning to switch to an entirely different product and brand instead.

Design is great. I really like the top flap that allows you to pour water straight into without having to press any latch/button to open. The temperature control buttons on the top are also easy to use. Overall, a great product.

Very good kettle
Very good design that allow you to fill up directly from the tap without opening the lid. Variable temperature means more flexibility and a quicker boil. This is my second kettle and I bought it as a gift to my friend.
