On my 3rd one and still my absolute favourite kettle!
I have been using this Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle for 3 years now, and it is easily my favourite. In fact, I love it so much that this is actually my 3rd one! My first one developed a water leak after 2 years. Thanks to having The Good Guys Gold Service Extra cover, I got it replaced. The second one unfortunately had the lid-open mechanism break after just 6 months, but once again, Gold Service came through and I swapped it for my current brushed stainless steel model. Even with those minor setbacks, I keep choosing this exact brand and model because we still absolutely love it. The variable temperature setting is the absolute best feature and a total game-changer for hot drinks. It looks incredibly sleek on the kitchen bench, and despite the past issues, the performance and features make it completely worth it. Highly recommended—especially if you pair it with a good store cover!
