Love This Smart Kettle!
Ever since I realized the reason I used to dislike green tea was because it was being burned by boiled water that was too hot, I was determined to own a kettle that had the temperature options. Our old kettle had started leaking and I was on a mission to purchase a replacement that wouldn't have the same type of leaking issue and also still had the temperature options. This kettle works like a dream and has a type of filter at the spout that prevents from over pouring even if you accidentally tip it too far. Now we can enjoy all the different types of hot drinks using the correct temperatures.

Great to have the option of adjusting the temp
This kettle allows you to adjust the temperature for the type of drink - this is great as Im drinking more green tea, and my coffee tastes less burnt. It will also keep a temperature - which I haven't really used but I can imagine for green tea I might. My only criticism is the pour is a bit slow because of the air lock created. But I guess this sort of makes it safer as hot water doesn't gush out of the spout. Overall very happy.

This Breville appliance can boil at different temps for all types of teas and coffee. The keep warm feature is very handy as well.

High Quality Breville Kettle with good features
I regularly purchase Breville products because they are a step up over other brands. As expected, this kettle is high quality, well-made, and has great features. The one small issue is that pouring is a bit tricky due to its tall/narrow shape. The narrow barrel means that when pouring, you need to carefully control the kettle's tilt to avoid the water surging towards the spout. If the physical dimensions were slightly shorter and wider, it would be easier to pour.
