It is a bit weighty but seems to be built well. Should last longer than the cheaper ones. It also gives off a ding when the water is boiled to remind you it has finished.

Perfect temperature for my green tea
The ideal temperature for the water in green tea is around 80 degrees so with this temperature control kettle I have perfectly made green teas each morning, a great way to start the day! The kettle is very fast to boil compared to my old one. Great product, definitely recommend.

Reliable kettle but a little light
Chose this kettle as it was one of the few that had variable temperature settings and came in matte black. No issues with the kettle but it is very light which can make it hard to position where you want exactly on the bench. The noises/tones when you turn it on and it reaches temperature are a little aeroplane-esque - would be nice if there was an option to turn that off.
