When I opened the box I was shocked to see that it had already been opened. There was no plastic ends on the cord, the cord was not neatly rolled up, the kettle was just in a plastic bag. It is the noisiest kettle I have owned! I do like the look of it though!

I was looking for a reasonably priced electric kettle with a stainless steel interior, did not want plastic, so was happy to find this one at a comparatively good price. Works well, not very loud, fairly speedy, doesn’t take up much space, not too heavy, ticks all the boxes for me! The good guys deserve praise here too, they had it to me the very next day Free Delivery in an Uber👍I was so impressed! Perhaps because I was only a couple of suburbs away from their store and it was a small item, not sure, But, very happy with the purchase AND The service! Thank you Good Guys!
