This is a powerful and efficient cleaner with the ability to have the dust collector either at the top or bottom of the unit which the latter allows it the ability to stand upright alone. I give it a five star rating.

Service terrible
At present we have 2 chargers thankfully. The main charger doesnt work (very poor) The sales process is deceitful. I specifically didnt want to pay for a 5 year warranty and when I get home and look at invoice I find that it is included in price ie I am paying for it. Preferred a cheaper rate
