Product is heavier than expected and taller with all the weight at the top. I would not recommend it for a short older user. Not everyone is tall and under 60.

Great Value Features
A well balanced cordless vac that is easy to use. It doesn't spray crumbs or catfood everywhere, it isn't too heavy. It is versatile, changing over to a dustbuster style and even remove the head totally, add crevice tool and reach into small gaps. Small capacity, so empty after each use. Great for pet hair, upholstery, carpet, hard floors. Great for the price.

Not happy Jan !!!
Sadly it wouldn’t start . Don’t think it was charging as there was no light on to say it was . Should have brought it straight back to G G and just swap it over but was told to take it to Stepney Appliances on Magill Rd . Not impressed with the grump there and said it would b 3 weeks b4 it was ready !! Still waiting , so hard to give a review when I don’t have it & it doesn’t work .
