Great Vacuum
This Hoover ONEPWR Sprint cordless vacuum is super lightweight and easy to manoeuvre and works well on my hard floors and carpeted areas. I would definitely recommend it. It also came with a free handheld vacuum which is great for cleaning my car’s or for small pick ups.

At a glance
The Hoover ONEPWR Sprint Cordless Vacuum is a lightweight stick vacuum designed for everyday floor care in homes, especially those with pets. Its strengths are cordless convenience, up to 40 minutes runtime, simple Boost mode and interchangeable ONEPWR battery compatibility. A key limitation is that it is better suited to routine cleaning than heavy-duty deep cleaning compared with more premium cordless models.

Things to consider
Boost mode helps with stubborn messes, but this model is geared more to everyday maintenance than the stronger deep-cleaning performance and larger capacity often found in premium stick vacuums.
Pet hair performance score
8/10 - specifically positioned to lift pet hair and fine dust, making it a strong everyday option for pet households.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Well suited to both hard floors and carpets for routine cleaning, with Boost mode useful for more stubborn debris.
Portability rating
9/10 - slim, lightweight and cordless, making it easy to carry, store and use for fast clean-ups.
Noise level vs category average
About average for a cordless stick vacuum; no specific low-noise claim is provided.
Allergy friendliness
7/10 - three-stage filtration helps capture fine dust and allergens, though it is not positioned as a specialist sealed-allergen system.
Key benefits
- Cordless Design: Lets you move room to room without being limited by a power cord.
- Up to 40 Minutes Runtime: Provides enough battery life for routine cleaning sessions on a single charge in standard mode.
- 2-Speed Fingertip Control: Makes it easy to switch between standard cleaning and Boost mode for tougher patches.
- Slim and Lightweight Build: Helps reduce effort during quick passes, full-room cleaning and carrying between areas.
- Three-Stage Filtration: Helps capture fine dust and allergens for cleaner everyday vacuuming.
- 0.6 L Bagless Bin: Offers a practical dust capacity for regular household cleaning before emptying.
- ONEPWR Battery Compatibility: Allows battery sharing across compatible Hoover ONEPWR cordless products for added flexibility.
- Wall Mount and Crevice Tool Included: Supports tidy storage and easier cleaning of corners, edges and narrow gaps.
Q: Can the Hoover ONEPWR Sprint battery be used with other Hoover ONEPWR cordless products?
A: Yes. This model uses Hoover's ONEPWR battery system, so the included battery is designed to work across compatible Hoover ONEPWR cordless products. That can be useful if you already own another ONEPWR cleaner and want battery interchangeability.
Q: Does the Hoover ONEPWR Sprint Cordless Vacuum come with a charging stand?
A: No. This model includes a wall mount and a separate ONEPWR charger, rather than a freestanding charge dock. That means it can be stored neatly on the wall, but charging is not done by simply parking the vacuum on a floor stand.
Q: Is the Boost mode on the Hoover ONEPWR Sprint designed for everyday cleaning?
A: No. Boost mode is better suited to short bursts on stubborn messes or heavier debris when extra suction is needed. For regular whole-home cleaning, using the standard setting will generally help you get closer to the listed single-charge runtime.
Q: Is the Hoover ONEPWR Sprint a good fit for homes with pets?
A: Yes. It is specifically described as being engineered to capture fine dust and pet hair, which makes it a practical option for routine pet-related cleaning. Boost mode also helps on more stubborn patches where extra pickup is needed.
Q: Will the Hoover ONEPWR Sprint suit quick cleans as well as full-room vacuuming?
A: Yes. Its slim, lightweight design makes it easier to grab for quick passes, while the cordless format and single-charge runtime make it suitable for longer sessions too. For heavier cleaning, expect shorter run time when Boost mode is used more often.
