Best Stick Vacuum
. It’s super lightweight, so grabbing it for a quick mess is completely effortless. Even though it's light, the performance is really good.

Simple But Effective
Easy to assemble and use. Charger wall mount a little clumsy. Product however is good and worth the price.

Lightweight and Easy to Use
Lightweight and works well. Removable battery and a compartment for accessories in the charging base are nice features. The canister is small and fills quickly, but is easy to empty. Motor is very shrill on high power setting, but I have found that a less noisy average power setting is adequate for our needs.. We have other LG appliances at home. They work well, have been trouble-free and I expect this stick vacuum to be the same. I can add the white colour is more appealing than the more common grey or black. Really for light duties - would not expect this to regularly clean a whole house.

So light and so easy
I have used LG vacuum cleaners before and think they are reliable. But this one is even better than the ones I used before. So easy to use, so lightweight and charges so quickly. Fantastic price. Superb for cleaning my smallish apartment.

At a glance
The LG A9-ACE CordZero is a lightweight cordless stick vacuum suited to households wanting easy everyday cleaning across floors, corners and above-floor areas. Its key strengths are up to 150W suction, a low 1.97kg handstick weight, washable filters and built-in crevice tools. One limitation is that it comes with only one battery, so longer sessions may be less convenient than premium dual-battery models.
What it’s great for
- Everyday home cleaning
- Quick tidy-ups
- Hard floor cleaning
- Light carpet maintenance
- Above-floor cleaning
- Small space cleaning
Where it works best
- Apartments
- Small to medium homes
- Multi-surface living areas
- Bedrooms
- Hallways
- Stairs
Who it’s for
- Apartment dwellers
- Busy households
- Older users seeking lighter handling
- First cordless vacuum buyers
- Everyday home users
Things to consider
It includes one battery only, so it may be less suited to large homes or long cleaning sessions than premium stick vacuums bundled with dual batteries and more specialised floorheads.
Pet hair performance score
6/10 - strong suction helps with everyday fur pickup, but no pet-specific tool or pet-focused floorhead is stated.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Best for hard floors and general mixed-surface cleaning; suitable for light to moderate carpet cleaning.
Portability rating
9/10 - very easy to carry and manoeuvre thanks to its 1.97kg lightweight design and cordless format.
Noise level vs category average
About average for a cordless stick vacuum; no low-noise claim is specified.
Allergy friendliness
7/10 - the 5-step filtration system and washable filters support cleaner exhaust air, though no sealed allergy-specific certification is stated.
Key benefits
- 150W suction power: Delivers strong pickup for everyday dirt and dust, with the rated peak output reached in Turbo Mode.
- 1.97kg lightweight design: Makes it easier to carry, steer and use around the home, including stairs and above-floor areas.
- 5-step filtration system: Helps separate dust into the bin and capture remaining fine particles for cleaner exhaust air.
- Washable filters: Dust bin, exhaust and micro filters can be removed and washed for simpler upkeep.
- Built-in dual crevice tips: Gives you quick access to tools for corners, edges and awkward hard-to-reach spots.
- Cordless design: Lets you move room to room without plugging and unplugging during routine cleaning.
- Continuous airflow design: Helps reduce dust and air build-up in the filters to support longer-lasting suction.
- Detachable battery with LED notifications: Makes battery changes straightforward and helps you monitor power status while cleaning.
Q: Can this vacuum replace a full-size vacuum in a large home?
A: No. LG A9-ACE is better suited to everyday cleaning in apartments or small to medium homes than long, uninterrupted whole-house sessions. It includes one battery, and no specialised deep-carpet or pet floorhead is stated.
Q: Is the suction strong enough for carpet as well as hard floors?
A: Yes. LG A9-ACE reaches 150W in Turbo Mode, which is enough for routine pickup on hard floors and light to moderate carpet. It is better matched to everyday mixed-surface cleaning than heavy, deep-pile carpet work.
Q: Does the LG A9-ACE come with more than one battery?
A: No. LG A9-ACE comes with one battery, and an extra battery is a separate purchase. That is fine for regular tidy-ups, but larger homes or longer sessions may be less convenient than models bundled with two batteries.
Q: Is this a good stick vacuum for everyday pet hair?
A: Yes. LG A9-ACE can handle everyday pet hair on hard floors and light carpet with its strong cordless suction. It does not list a pet-specific tool or floorhead, so thicker carpet or upholstery may need extra passes.
Q: How easy is the LG A9-ACE to carry on stairs?
A: LG A9-ACE is easy to carry on stairs because the handstick weighs 1.97kg and the cordless design removes cable drag. It suits quick room-to-room cleaning and above-floor jobs better than heavier stick vacuums.
Q: Will built-in crevice tools help with skirting boards and corners?
A: Yes. The built-in dual crevice tips are designed for awkward spaces and corners, so they are useful along skirting boards, edges and tight gaps. They add convenience, but they are not a substitute for a wider powered floorhead.
Q: What makes the 5-step filtration useful in everyday cleaning?
A: The 5-step filtration system separates dust into the bin, then filters remaining fine particles before air is exhausted. LG A9-ACE also has removable washable dust bin, exhaust and micro filters, which makes upkeep simpler between cleans.
