Came from using a ventilated dryer for 10+ years. Was skeptical at first due to many conflicting reviews about heat pump dryers, however I can report that this product has exceeded expectations. All clothes come out dry and specifically chose this dryer due to full reverse tumbling capability.

Such a great tumble dryer, very economical, quite and the clothes are always dry after putting them on only once (not multiple like my previous dryer)
