Quiet and Efficient
The dryer is so quiet and economic. It sensors when laundry is dry. Was a huge upgrade from the vented dryer and loving the fact it doesn't steam or heat up the laundry at all. Water needs to be emptied after every load so will look at connecting it to the plumbing to drain easier.

Laundry appliances and service
The machine is great. Delivery on first try failed - he had to get more people. Second time - failed to install, left a device attached meaning the machine couldn’t be used. 3rd time - removed the device and machine couldn’t be used. 1 week later when we went to china my sister found that there was water leaking from the machine. Again, probably from the people on the second visit. Overall the experience of purchasing and sales was a dream, the machine is fantastic, the delivery and installation was a mess, and still requires intervention!
