  Great

  I was an early adopter of robot vacuums and had a terrible experience with a Roomba years ago, so I was really hesitant to try another. But they’ve come such a long way, and I’m so glad I gave them another shot. The Q Revo is amazing at both vacuuming and mopping. I have pets, and this has been a lifesaver for keeping up with pet hair and dust. I also love that it automatically fills and empties the water tank. The mopping was a real surprise- it works way better than I expected. It handles both carpet and hard floors really well, switching between them automatically. The custom routines are super handy, the obstacle avoidance is great, and it even manages to climb the small 3cm step to my garage. I ended up loving it so much that I bought a second one for upstairs. Couldn’t be happier!

  Does a great job and got a great price at GoodGuys. Much better value for money than robots that cost $3k.

  Product Great Good Guys Terrible

  It took the Good Guys 1 month and 4 phone calls before I received my purchase. And I had to pay a delivery fee for the privilege. I’m very disappointed and will not consider purchasing from them online again.
