Great robo vac
The Eufy Robovac E28 Omni has been fantastic. Cleaning performance is great, the mopping feature works really well, and the overall navigation is smooth and reliable. The only downside I've noticed is that the collision detection isn't as accurate as the S1 Pro. It occasionally runs over low items like cat food plates or small objects on the floor. Aside from that, it's been a great addition to our home and does an excellent job day to day.

Simple Yet Effective
The whole set up was fast easy and even had youtube videos to assist with each stage. The spot cleaner works amazingly and has no trouble keeping up with a messy toddler. The Eufy Robovac effortlessly whisks away the fur of my 3 indoor pets and any other debris left from the day.

Reliable cleaning with simple setup (Eufy Robovac E28 Omni, T2352T11)
Set up took under 10 minutes and the first map completed on the second run. On hard floors and low-pile rugs it lifts fine dust better than my old stick vac, and it docks reliably after each job. The app makes scheduling easy and spot cleans are accurate once the map is saved. Noise is low on standard power so I can run it while working. What I like: consistent pickup, good obstacle avoidance, dependable docking, easy bin maintenance. What could improve: edge cleaning is only average and it can tug at loose cords, so a quick pre-run tidy helps. After weeks of daily use the results are repeatable and I’m happy with the value.

Good robot and detachable wet vacuum
The Eufy is a nice robot vacuum with the added benefit of a detachable wet vacuum. It does a reasonable job of vacuuming and a good job mopping the floors. Water use is good in that it doesn’t need to be refilled after every use. It’s noisiest when it returns to the base station and blasts air - I think to dry the mop. It has a couple of issues though. It does get stuck at times on the low lip of the tiles entering our bathroom and laundry, and another is that we didn’t map the whole house the first time we used it. Now I want to extend the area we use it in, it seems the whole house has to be remapped because there’s not a function to only map one extra room and add it to an existing map. The wet vacuum is good. I’ve cleaned outdoor furniture with it. But it is easy to drip a lot of water so I’d be reluctant to use it inside on furniture. Using it to clean a spot on a rug would be ok. It cleans quite well.

Easy to set up, and has been great so far - no problems at all. It has a great mapping system and seems to clean/mop the floors really well. Highly recommend this product. (I have not tried the separate carpet cleaning function)
