I was very disappointed to discover this machine doesn't actually wash my clothes. I chose this brand because my16 yr old model was amazing (and even when broken washed better than this one!!) I'm not sure if the Good Guys choice a delivery employees have participated in my dissatisfaction. They unscrewed the bolts holding the drum in place on the road (despite my protest), and then bounced it up a long, uneven dirt driveway and a flight of outdoor stairs, before dumping it in my laundry. I paid extra for insulation, and needed to ask if it was level.. Out came a spanner, and a few shifts were made on one front corner (no leveller). In all honesty ... this machine might function better if you DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM THE GOOD GUYS
