Features galore but the basics are lacking
The machine has wi-fi, touch buttons and a bunch of wash cycle options but they should have concentrated on getting the basics right first. It's a 9kg washing machine but it should be rated no higher than 6kg. There are also a lot of cycles where there is an even lower weight limit. You might be able to fit what you'd expect to fit into a 9kg washer but it fails to rinse the washing powder off if you do. I've always had 9 to 10kg front load washers and my previous $400 machine from Aldi never had this issue for almost 5 years using it at least 12 times a week. I tried using laundry sheets on multiple settings and these only fully disolve with less than half a load. Despite using the max amount of softner the clothes come out harsh and the towels are scratchy. I don't recommend this for any more than a 2 person household. Price doesn't mean quality with this machine.

Samsung washer
The Samsung washer is great, I like the 36 mins wash & the option to pause & add some more items, which I didn’t have on previous washer. The delivery service from goodguys was very poor though, they didn’t deliver it on the correct day, made no attempt to check my address just crossed me off their delivery list. When they did deliver they didn’t level or complete a short wash to test it as advertised. When I used it was un-level & had a massive knocking noise. Good guys did arrange for them to come back out & complete the things they didn’t do the 1st time & has been good since then. Goodguys were amazing, the actual washer is great but the premium delivery service was disappointing.

Good washing machine that does what is described. My only disappointment is take the smart wash/quick wash function has a 5kg max ability which I wasn’t aware of.

I like this product as it washes the clothes well. There are plenty of choices for settings. I can't understand why cotton takes so much longer on a cold setting. Washing powder often left as a hard lump in the dispensing slot.
