We love our new 12 kg front loader! It fits my super king bed cover and has great washing cycles. And we enjoy the auto washing liquid and softener function. Fill up both vessels and select auto dose. Love it! 😊👍

Product and Service review
the product is fantastic, large size, simple use and an ok price. Again however I have to write: Day 2 delivery. Left in garage, said too heavy to take upstairs Day 5 delivery: took up stairs, installed mostly and said ok. After trial we found that they had left parts attached resulting in potential damage to the machine and inability to use. Day 7 delivery installation - finally removed the part and machine couldn’t be used. Two weeks later our sister visited to find the laundry full of water from a leak from the back of the machine probably caused by second delivery/ installation team. Product- perfect Sales - perfect Delivery and installation - less than second rate and it’s still not finished.
