great machine
love the Samsung Washer it washes our clothes wonderfully the only thing i would change is the icon for the start button and also the wash cycle, because the machine is in black you can't see where these buttons are.

Awesome Washing Machine!
The Samsung Bespoke 12kg is fantastic! Aside from being huge (12kg!), the intuitive design of controls and the Samsung smart pairing is so useful. I can simply check on my phone how many minutes are left in the cycle and it even pops up a reminder on the TV for 5s when the load is done! So good.

machine faulty
I purchased this washing machine with premium delivery. During first use the machine moved itself from its position and I had to place a pillow to stop it from damaging the wall. It was so loud that I had neighbours complain and there was also water everywhere. It has since been looked at and I was told that it had been wrongly installed. It still leaks water out the front and if it was a car you would call it a lemon. I’m obviously terribly disappointed.

Good Guys no Gooda
This review is more directed at the Good Guys than the product. I have had the washer for a few weeks now with mostly no complaints. However, it has started making an abnormal noise when it being used and at high spins. I have submitted a claim with the Good Guys online over a week ago and also sent them an email. I have had no response or acknowledgement of my claim. Apart from the strange noise the washer has been great. Again this review is directed at the Good Guys and not the washer. Normally I wouldn't leave a public review like this but they've followed me up with several emails to leave a review so I'm doing it. I'm hoping this will prompt someone to reach out to me to resolve the issue I'm having.
