I cried out of frustration
The washing machine itself is fine, my experience with delivery from Good Guys Online was long and awful. Was promised someone would come out multiple times and they never showed up and when they did they did a half arsed lazy job. Customer service as been a nightmare to get in touch with take your money elsewhere.
