Easy to use and great cleaning results
I upgraded from a Samsung machine that served me very well for 15 years but finally needed euthanising. This new one works great with the dial and basic features, but I've been surprised that I'm enjoying using Samsung's Smart Things app to tweak settings from my phone or check where it's at in the cycle. I never thought I'd use those features, yet here we are.

Super quiet, great wash
Ok, let's start with the negative. This did not arrive on the due day despite the messages saying, 'your product is on the way keep an eye on your messages.' So, I was pretty miffed. However, the machine itself is great. It's super quiet, and has a bunch of settings. It has an auto calibration so even if you move it a little it re-calibrates to give good performance. Links to my phone should I ever desire that.

Same top features as my previous washer.
The features on this washer took me time to discover, but ultimately are so smart and useful, especially the steam/hygiene setting. And this model also sings its little tune when the cycle has finished. The 1400 spin cycle brings everything out needing only 10 minutes in the drier, which is great on rainy days. I thoroughly recommend this Samsung washer, my previous Samsung served me for over 14 years, this.brand is amazing, as are their TV’s.
