Excellent Washer
I have been using it for a month and I notice the difference between this machine compare to my old washing machine. It rinse off all stains which is great, so I don't need to soak my clothes overnight before I put in in the washer, make my job very simple and easy.

Nice machine
I'm overall pleased with the washing machine although it's a bit noisy during the spin cycle. The Good Guys had my old washing machine out and the new one plumbed in before I could blink, great service.

Good brand but Not a Good Washing Machine
I bought Samsung 9 kg smart front loader washing machine because Samsung is a good brand and it is famous for its durability. My old Samsung washing machine was lasting for more than 10 years. I am very disappointed with my new Samsung 9 kg Front loader Washing machine because for most washing, it can only wash maximum 4 kg except cotton when it said 9 kg washing machine.
