Check setup of your plumbing before purchasing this product!
We were led to believe this washing machine catered for hot and cold washing using one connection. Upon installation, it was found there are two connections for hot and cold taps. There are some impressive options for washes, but as we only have one cold tap, we aren't able to use most cycles requiring hot water. Our previous machine heated up using one tap, so very disappointing.

It's ok, still getting used to it.
I hate the Al jingle at the end and have not been able to switch it off yet. I picked another Samsung washing machine that was advertised on special only to find out there were none available for 6 weeks.
