Disappointed
this is not 11kg, it is more likely 9kg, this would appear the be from the error when manufacturers lied about the size of drums and they were caught out as they were all the same size, the previous machine i had was 11kg and would fit an entire week of clothing or a large doona, this machine cannot, as such they lied about the drum size

Great machine, quiet but I miss having a dial
We bought this machine to replace our previous Samsung which had a dial. Love this machine because of its features and it genuinely handles a large load with no issues. I just don’t like having to scroll through to the timer delay function which we use a lot.

It's my only second front loader I have ever had and just love the size the price was amazing and how its a smart washer. My last one was Bosch and have had that for about 10 or so years. It was time for upgrade and bigger one for our camping donnas and dog stuff. Highly recommend this washing machine

Quiet, efficient machine
We upgraded from a Samsung 9kg to this machine, and we love it. Has all the best features of the Samsung series (bubble wash, timer delay) but enhanced with AI and steam clean function. Was very easy to install and intuitive to work out how to use it.
