Great Machine - Great Price
The last washing machine we brought was quite expensive & the pump only lasted for 2 years but luckily it was still under warranty. When the technician came to fix it, he was rude & had a go at me because apparently the pump was full of sludge. I wasn't surprised because my husband works in a metal engineering workshop & the sludge is a result of his work environment. We also have a dog who sheds a bit of fur. He looked at me with disgust & said that I caused the pump to fail because I wash my dogs bedding in the machine. Well surprise, surprise, surprise - isn't that what a washing machine is for. Anyway, now you have the background.....we decided to get a cheap washing machine to wash the work clothes in, so we weren't using the expensive machine. As it turns out the Chiq machine is as good as, if not better than the expensive one & it also has a great warranty period. In future we will not be going for expensive washing machines when we can get the same, if not better results in a cheaper machine. Chiq you have provided an excellent product.

Had problem with the machine during the first 18days. Unable to return the machine as I had had it >than 2weeks. Chiq sent a service person within 48hrs. Problem fixed within 48hrs. Working well now.

A washing machine that does its job
This washing machine does its job well and has plenty of space for washing bed linens. The 1400rpm spin speed is especially helpful on rainy or cloudy days. The allergy setting is a great bonus—very useful for my partner, who hikes often, and for cleaning my dirty work uniforms. The only downside is that adjusting the settings requires pressing a button few times instead of quickly turning a knob. But this is not a big deal.
