Dishwasher fine but delivery, installation and removal of old dishwasher a shambles
The dishwasher works fine. We purchased from the Good Guys to take advantage of the delivery, in-house installation and removal of the old disher offer, which was an additional expencse. The dishwasher was delivered, no problems. It was installed, no problems. The old dishwasher was not removed because there were more than 5 steps to access. This is despite it clearly being stated in the sales docket that the delivery was to the first floor and two flights of stairs were involved. It took a week of calls to Good Guys at Fyshwick to get the old dishwasher removed. I spoke to five staff members all assuring me that it will be sorted out. Hopeless customer service. Eventually it was removed.
