Exemplary selling, dismal delivery
Shopped through the Good Guys website, which was easy to navigate, browse for needed product, and purchase online. That is where the good shopping experience ended. I was flicked from internet shopping help to store help, numerous times hoping to find where my goods were. One nice lady explained “it shouldn’t take that long” so at least I knew I wasn’t concerned over nothing. Goods finally arrived 3 weeks later.

Very quiet
Yep loving it so far, we use it daily and it is very quiet compared to our other one - we kept checking it was on at first. We use the Eco wash cycle mostly but it does seem to take longer than our old one. Mind you with the ‘extra dry’ feature even plastic items dry well.

Could be better
Our 2nd Westinghouse dishwasher as previous one stopped working due to an error and too expensive to fix. This one, it’s fairly quiet and easy to install and use, putting larger pots and pans at the bottom shelf is very tricky as compared to the previous model we owned. The brackets provided for larger plates makes the plates lean forward almost touching each other and hence the plates don’t come out clean if they are heavily soiled. Would recommend users to test it with their own plates/pots to test if it suits their use case before purchasing.

Not good
Very disappointing purchase. Often leaves food on dishes and is a pretty awkward layout on the bottom draw which makes it hard to fit dishes into. Also doesn’t fit my standard sized dinner plates without hitting the spray arms.
