good and budget friendly product
In general, a good product having the quick wash function ~ 30mins and can wash plates quite clean. The plate support frame at the bottom layer is not fixed and can be folded suddenly due to plate weight and placement, which is not very convenient. However it is good enough for normal daily usage.

Good Guys Poor Customer Service Experience
The Product was damaged which can happen but the process to get it rectified is horrendous. No one answers the phone in store, they will keep you on hold indefinitely and then disconnect you. When you get to the store they are no help, they send an email to the manufacturer on your behalf and say they will call you within 3 working days. over a week later and still no call back so you try call the store and once again on hold for hours on end only to be disconnected. Would not recommend buying from good guys if you value follow up. Support.
