Great upgrade
Our previous dishwasher (not Hisense) broke and we got this one as a replacement. It’s quieter and does a great job. We actually prefer it to the original more expensive model we had

Great unit for a family of 5!
This dishwasher has so much space we’ve only managed to fill it fully after a bbq. Loving the cutlery draw feature as well. Dishes always come out clean. We were hesitant to try another brand after using a big brand for the last 10yrs, but we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Reliable, good features, not as big capacity as advertised
Generally it's been a decent purchase. It's reliable, the "smart dry" feature is brilliant, and it's super quiet. Due to the internal layout, however, it doesn't stack anywhere near the volume advertised. There is a bar on the left hand side of the upper tray that constrains usage; and the spacing and positioning of the dividers in the bottom tray leave us with a big void through the middle as compared to our old dishwasher. I'm finding some cutlery in the uppermost section doesn't get sufficiently clean as compared to a cutlery basket. Knowing these things we would have chosen a different model, but it's adequate and has some pretty cool features.

Best upgrade
Loving the new dishwasher after our Omega dishwasher was leaking. Good Guys did a great deal for us and it was easy to organise delivery and install. We love the automatic door opening for drying after a wash cycle.

It's pretty good but the cutlery drawer is a pain in the arse!
I like this dishwasher. Overall it does a good job and there heaps of settings to choose from. I like the app functionality and the build quality. I don't like the cutlery drawer as each piece needs to be carefully placed so it is not touching another piece. It takes a while to fully stack it properly. I also think the middle tray could have been designed better to hold more bowls.

Quiet and Smart but a Bit Cramped
This Hisense freestanding dishwasher is a solid upgrade from my previous one. It's impressively quiet, and no more annoying noise during the cycle, which is a big plus. The Wi-Fi connectivity is a nice touch, though I haven’t found it particularly useful in daily use. One downside is the internal space. It feels a bit smaller than expected, and fitting larger items can be tricky. Overall, it does the job well and looks sleek in stainless steel, but a bit more room inside would make it perfect.
