As an alternative to traditional blade outputs, the Airise range can also utilise WindFree airflow across 23,000 micro air holes for a softer air output feel in the room and can save up to 77% of energy consumption(1) compared to the use of traditional slots. Inside is a Tri-Care Filter that extracts dust, airborne fibres and animal dander, stepping to a Zeolite Coated Filter that captures fine dust while reducing viruses, bacteria and allergens(2) in the air. This generation of GEO+ aircons feature innovative technology to cool rooms faster than ever before and each contain AI Auto Cooling(3) to optimise its conditioning by analysing rooms and usage patterns. To further clean the air, Freeze Wash acts automatically by freezing and washing away up to 90% of bacteria(4) and pollutants on the heat exchanger. Turn on Dry Mode to dehumidify your home and control it all with the Samsung SmartThings App(5), allowing all the functionality of a remote control on your phone. Everything is backed by a strong 5 Year Parts and Labour Warranty(6) for peace of mind. Disclaimers: (1) Tested on the AR07T9170HA3 model, based on the power consumption of Fast Cooling mode vs. WindFree Cooling mode. Actual effect may vary. (2) Tested by the Korea testing lab for anti-bacteria & virus removal, and the Japan test lab for anti-allergy effectiveness.     KEEPING IT COOL AT NIGHT

    Just over 12 months ago we installed a Samsung 7.1kW Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner in the Family Room (purchased from The Good Guys, Kawana of course). We were suitably impressed with the way the air conditioner cooled the room, especially over the recent hot weather we have had. So much so that we are now installing a 3.5kW Unit in the main bedroom, as this room faces west, so gets very hot in the afternoon and the ceiling fan has difficulty in cooling the room at night.
