Noisy heat pump
Out of the box faulty, waiting for repair of the noisy heat pump on this Westinghouse 3.6 kw split system. Cooling is OK but on heating the compressor is rattling so much that you can feel the wall vibrating . Westinghouse it's notified and waiting for repair or replacement of the system.

Westinghouse Air-conditioner Purchase
This is my second Westinghouse air-conditioner purchase. Both machines put in the main bedroom of my house. The second purchase replacing the previous model which lasted over 20 years without requiring servicing. The line of this new model is sleek. The functioning of the new model is quite silent. I am very happy with this item and the service of sales staff at the Bundall Good Guys store.

Disappointed with The good guys Hoppers Crossing
After two months waiting for the two units to arrive in i got only one for pick up because they have given another one to some one else, the original order was for 2.7 kw units but for some reason there was not in system and after one month of waiting i had to check in store about the delay just to find out what wasn't any order. They had to replace 2.7 kw with 3.6kw and another month of waiting.

this air cond has been installed for a couple of weeks now, and it's heat cycle is superb, why did I put it off so long? The installers (arranged through the Good Guys) did a great job and put it exactly where I wanted it. And the price was great... I'm very happy.
