Poor service
Ordered a new 2.5kW unit and was told about a month delivery. Waited over a month and then confirmed that it had already arrived but sales rep didn't bother to call. Went to pick up the order and was told it had been over receipted, aka sold to someone else. After nearly and hour wait at the back dock they replaced it with a 3.7kW unit.

I really love the self-cleaning and it cools the bedroom in super-fast time!! Due to the current extreme heat conditions, it's running practically 24/7 and hasn't raised a sweat {HA!!} or missed a Beat!! Very Happy and Impressed!! Not to mention the Fantastic Warranty.
