  This purchase was excellent value and the air conditioner is very efficient and fits perfectly to the desired room size. With many features including wi-fi connectivity, the AC can be turned on and off with my smart phone. Great for cooling the house before I get home. I would highly recommend this Fujitsu Air-conditioner.

  Solid Fujitsu Air Con – Heats Fast, But Watch Out for Smart Feature Subscriptions

  I'm pretty happy with the Fujitsu C3.5kW H3.7kW Reverse Cycle Split System. It's a great unit for both heating and cooling, and it does a fantastic job in my apartment's living room. The heating works really fast, which has been brilliant when it's cold. Plus, The Good Guys team did a good, easy installation. The main thing is, this air con performs really well. It heats and cools the space effectively and quickly, keeping the room comfortable. The only reason I've knocked off a star is because of some of the "premium" smart features. It wasn't clear when I bought it that some of these features are locked behind a paid subscription from Fujitsu. That was a bit of a surprise. While it does integrate well with Google Home, which is what I wanted, I don't think it's right to pay extra for a smart features module (which cost me over $300 AUD) and then have to pay a monthly subscription on top of that. Fujitsu should really make this clearer on their product page. They should at least offer a free trial, like a year or two, for these premium features. But, putting that aside, for its main job of heating and cooling, this Fujitsu unit is excellent. If you're looking for strong performance and you're aware of the potential extra costs for all the smart features, then it's a solid choice.
